Especially after the whole nonsense with the codes enforcement people (among other things) I was more determined than ever to keep up the fight. They did wrong, they know they did wrong, and I was committed to exposing it.
Liars and Cowards

One of my traits is that I don't tolerate people that fail the integrity check, and I'm not afraid to tell people about it.
The more I looked at what had happened, the more details started to come to the surface. I've now reached the point that I really don't care whose toes I step on, I'm going to expose even more than I have about what happened in 2010 -- the more I find, the worse it gets and the deeper the lies and cowardice extend. If I see a liar, I'm going to call them a liar; and if I see a coward, I'm going to call them a coward.
Remember how I said there was more information that I couldn't disclose? Well, while I can't actually show you the information (it was all part of the discovery process, located in e-mails inside BPU) I can relate to you that it does exist. What I am about to relate to you is taken from the analysis I did for my attorney on the files BPU sent us -- many of the e-mails were absolutely worthless (like I said before, they tried to bury us in papers -- which would run up the attorney's time and potentially cost me more money) but some exposed far more about how the LIARS and COWARDS at BPU operated this fiasco.
- First, there comes an e-mail dated 29 June 2010 from DeLeon to Clark. In it, DeLeon refers to "hard copies" of an evaluation he has received (NOTE: this "hard copy" was never provided to us during our discovery process) and decided to "clear up a few minor items" by attaching an electronic copy of an evaluation for me. What's interesting to note is that it looks almost verbatim like the evaluation "dated" 21 June -- that has the exact same misplaced names and the "example(s)" added. Of course, this is passed to Clark and at no time is there any evidence it was passed from Clark to DeGraeve -- you know, the one who should have been responsible for the evaluation in the first place? So what we have is the FACT that Clark is the only one directly connected to that evaluation, it was NOT finalized until AFTER 29 June, and Clark falsified the actual date of the evaluation.
- The day before my termination (7 July), DeLeon sends an e-mail to Wonnell about me. Amazingly enough, between the above e-mail (29 June) and this one, nothing is said regarding my status. In every example BPU sent to DOL regarding terminated employees there's quite a paper trail. Either they kept it all super-secret, passed it in all-hand-written form, or it doesn't exist. Also, at this point they have already by-passed the entire UG Legal Department. Why?
- On Monday, 9 August, DeLeon sends an e-mail to someone regarding my unemployment claim. Among the attachments are the first two evaluations, but not the third. Why?
- The next day (Tuesday, 10 August), a letter is crafted that was supposed to accompany a copy of my personnel file. It mentions the letters I sent on 21 July and 5 August, so they are admitting that I had already made two requests and still didn't have the file in hand. By the way, I still didn't get a copy of my file -- this letter was apparently never sent. Why?
- Three days later (Friday, 13 August), another e-mail is exchanged. In it, a comment is made that they are still waiting on "performance documentation." I THOUGHT THEY HAD THAT ON 21 JUNE/29 JUNE/8 JULY (take your pick, it seems none are accurate). And, by the way, DeLeon acknowledges this later the same day.
- Thursday, 19 August the word is passed that my separation form was finalized on 13 August. This means that they hadn't even finished my official separation paperwork until after they planned on sending me my employee file (which they didn't).
- On Monday, 23 August, DeLeon sends himself another e-mail with an attachment that is supposed to accompany a copy of my personnel file -- but I still don't get it. What's the delay now? He later sends an e-mail to a secretary about the same thing and mentions that he will "follow procedure" and keep her informed so the General Manager and Board members can be informed. But I still don't get the file.
- On Friday, 27 August, DeLeon hears about my complaint to the Ethics Administrator, and once again he mentions a "letter" that he will send to me -- but I still don't get the file. See a pattern here?
- Tuesday, 31 August is the date that the City Attorney, Ms. Jody Boeding officially knows that I am formally complaining about my termination, and on 15 October she knows I have filed a USERRA complaint -- which is not what she told me (22 January 2011) on 18 November 2011. WHY LIE?
On Tuesday, 14 September, DeLeon sends an e-mail regarding an "original letter" that's not in my file -- Why? (I told you there was a pattern.)
It's interesting to note that this happens JUST AFTER DOL calls DeLeon regarding my USERRA case.
I found it interesting to note that MVP sent us a copy of Dunn's employee file, and in it I see that "Big Bill" knew what was going on. There were two copies of his November 2010 "annual" evaluation in the file, one of which needed the initials "WAJ" at the bottom of it. Granted this was during DOL's "investigation". He had plenty of time to think over the screw-job "Wibby" Clark had done on me and guess he felt it necessary to keep tabs on what was going on. Funny thing, there's also a December 2010 "annual" evaluation too.
So Much For Representation
The U.S. Representative for my residence is Kevin Yoder. Note I do not say he is my U.S. Representative - seems he has "BPU connections" as well.
I approached Mr. Yoder's office some time back regarding how the Department of Labor's poor handling of USERRA investigations, BPU's lying (to DOL investigators) and cowardice. I filled out all the papers his office asked me to, and never heard a word after that. Well, turns out that he would rather hear from the Liars and Cowards Club:

Another Coincidence?
No matter where I seem to go, eventually another BPU "connection" shows up.
Remember when I said I found a new job at a local animal welfare agency? Seems that just about the time I started posting on social media that I was now working there, someone with direct connections to my BPU case starts volunteering there. Were they there to keep tabs on me? Were they there to sabotage the employee/employer relationship? Not sure, but it became apparent that his feelings could get hurt quite easily and he made sure people knew how he felt about it. Once, when I mentioned how the "Liars and Cowards' Website" said people were without power he felt the need to make a snarky comment regarding my case, which was then followed by "Shut Up, Ken" and "Just Go Away" (it could have been "Just Go Away" followed by "Shut Up, Ken" -- I'm not sure of the order.). Goes to show you that some people will never let pesky things like FACTS get in the way of blind loyalty.
This "connection" started making sure he was Mister "Johnny-On-The-Spot" (you know what a "Johnny-On-The-Spot" is full of, right?) around where I worked. They made sure he was in on some big-ticket items around the facilities -- items that should have been part of my responsibility. Coincidence?
